This website is run by K2 BoonBite ("we", "us"). By using it or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

• Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may change slightly.
• Ingredients and allergen information are printed on every jar. Please read them before eating, especially if you have allergies.
• FSSAI Licence No. 12425003001863.

Prices and offers

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Launch offers, the spin wheel and the free mystery product are promotional. One spin offer per WhatsApp number. We may change or end an offer at any time; orders already paid are honoured.
• The free mystery product is added to paid orders of ₹399 or more. It is chosen by us and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Referral and reward codes have no cash value, work once as described, and can't be combined unless stated. We may cancel codes that are misused.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful online payment. We send the confirmation on WhatsApp.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a pincode can't be served, or a price shown was clearly wrong.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.

WhatsApp messages

By giving your WhatsApp number, you agree to receive order updates and BoonBite offers on WhatsApp. Reply STOP any time to stop offer messages.

Reviews

If you send us a review or photo, you allow us to show it on our website and social media with your first name and city. We only show reviews from real customers.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
