What we collect

• Your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address, when you open an offer or order.
• Order and payment status (not your card, UPI PIN or bank details; Razorpay handles those).
• Reviews and photos you choose to send us.
• Basic visit information (pages viewed, the ad you came from) through the Meta Pixel and our own counters.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To send order updates, invoices and BoonBite offers on WhatsApp. Reply STOP to stop offers.
• To measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your phone number is shared with Meta only in hashed (scrambled) form.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery), and Meta (WhatsApp messages and ad measurement).
• We never sell your details.
