Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship	all serviceable pincodes in India
Dispatch	Within 1-2 working days of payment
Delivery time	Usually 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location
Delivery charges	Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more. Below ₹499, delivery is ₹49.
Payment	Online payment only (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). No cash on delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking link to your WhatsApp number.

Delays

Holidays, weather or courier issues can delay delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the time above, WhatsApp/Call +91 98943 98209 or email care@boonbite.com and we'll follow up with the courier.

Address

Please give a complete address with pincode and a working phone number. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can re-send it after you pay the shipping cost again.

On delivery

Please check the box when you receive it. If it is open or damaged, take a photo and tell us within 48 hours (see our Refund Policy).
